Joseph Cochran, our newest Sales Engineer (2+ years), handles the Northern California and Nevada territory. Joseph is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with numerous years of experience in plant process design and commissioning.

Manuel Alderete, a 15+ year Veteran from the Southern California territory, recently moved to Arizona to cover our Southwest territory which includes Arizona, Southern Nevada, and New Mexico.

Brian Ball, President of the company, manages the outside sales staff and also works the Southern California territory.

Robert Badajos, a 15+ year Veteran employee, manages the Engineering department back at the office.

Scott Lindman, is a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from San Diego State University. Along with his engineering duties, Scott also helps Brian with outside sales in the Southern California territory.

Kevin Hollar, another 15+ year employee, works the order desk and our inside sales and parts department.

In the past couple of years, Brian’s daughters have started work at Ball Sales:

Suzanne Ball, a graduate from San Diego State University, manages the office and handles the accounting.

Christine Ball is completing her degree in Graphic Design and has recently re-done our website and created a collection of marketing e-mails we send to our customers weekly.

Kimberly Ball also helps out doing clerical work and Receivables.

Even the dogs, Penny and Barkley, come in to boost office morale!
